This property had not been tended to for some time.  The main problems involved windows being covered by overgrown shrubs.  In most cases we were able to do some remedial pruning to lower these shrubs to below the window.  However in the back, a set of Euonymus required a hard prune, taking the shrub down to near the ground.  Ideally these shrub will send out new vigorous growth from the base, and can be pruned and shaped to stay below the window.
