This home’s bulkhead entrance needed repointing and repair after years of neglect.  Water and time eventually erode mortar holding these stones and bricks together.  The joints were cleaned out, and rebuilt, before new mortar was installed in the joints.  The final surface was leveled to allow for a door to be installed at a later point.
